  • Account – The customer account created with Wordhouse to access Services and billing.
  • Dashboard – The online portal where you can manage your Services, billing, and cancellations.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Hosting & Infrastructure

Wordhouse provides managed WordPress hosting on secure servers with modern infrastructure, including SSL, CDN, caching, and security monitoring.

3.2 Maintenance & Updates

We handle core, plugin, and theme updates as part of your subscription. While we test updates for compatibility, you acknowledge that updates may occasionally cause conflicts beyond our control.

3.3 Backups

Wordhouse includes automated backups as part of all hosting plans.

  • Frequency: Incremental backups are taken daily; full backups are performed approximately every 15 days.
  • Storage: Backups are encrypted and stored off-site across redundant locations.
  • Retention: Backups are retained for 30 days.
  • Manual Backups: You may initiate manual backups via the Dashboard.
  • Restores: Backup restoration requests may take up to 24 hours.
  • Limitations: Backups may exclude staging sites or large media directories unless otherwise stated.

While Wordhouse takes reasonable precautions, you remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of your content.

3.4 Support

We provide technical support 24/7 via email or live chat. Support covers hosting and performance issues but does not include development, custom coding, or third-party plugin support unless otherwise agreed.

3.5 CDN, Email & Ancillary Services

Certain plans include CDN, email hosting, and related features. These may rely on third-party infrastructure, and continued availability depends on those partners.

4. Billing, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1 Billing Cycles

If payment is not received within 30 days, Wordhouse may suspend or terminate your account and delete associated data and backups.
